Konto und Daten löschen
Anleitung zum Löschen deines Jobb-Kontos und aller zugehörigen Daten.
Option 1: Direkt in der App (empfohlen)
- Öffne die Jobb-App und melde dich an.
- Gehe zu Profil → Einstellungen.
- Tippe auf „Konto löschen" und bestätige.
- Aus Sicherheitsgründen kann eine erneute Anmeldung verlangt werden.
Die Löschung erfolgt sofort und unwiderruflich.
Option 2: Per E-Mail anfordern
Falls du keinen Zugriff mehr auf die App hast, sende eine E-Mail an
Jobbhungary@gmail.com
mit dem Betreff „Kontolöschung" von der bei uns registrierten E-Mail-Adresse.
Wir löschen dein Konto innerhalb von 30 Tagen.
Einzelne Daten löschen (ohne Kontolöschung)
Du musst nicht dein ganzes Konto löschen – einzelne Inhalte kannst du jederzeit selbst entfernen:
- Inserate/Wohnungen: im Wohnungs-Menü über „Löschen".
- Nachrichten: im jeweiligen Chat.
- Profilfoto: im Profil ersetzen oder entfernen.
- Community-Beiträge: über das Beitrags-Menü.
Dein Konto bleibt dabei bestehen.
Welche Daten werden gelöscht?
Bei der Löschung werden alle personenbezogenen Daten unwiderruflich entfernt:
- Profil- und Kontaktdaten (Name, E-Mail, Telefon)
- Profilbild und alle hochgeladenen Fotos/Videos
- Inserate / Wohnungen und Terminslots
- Nachrichten, Likes und Matches
- Such- und Filtereinstellungen
Es werden keine Daten zurückbehalten. Eine Wiederherstellung ist nicht möglich.
Delete account and data
How to delete your Jobb account and all associated data.
Option 1: Directly in the app (recommended)
- Open the Jobb app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap "Delete account" and confirm.
- For security reasons, you may be asked to sign in again.
Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Option 2: Request by email
If you no longer have access to the app, send an email to
Jobbhungary@gmail.com
with the subject "Account deletion" from the email address registered with us.
We will delete your account within 30 days.
Delete individual data (without deleting your account)
You don't have to delete your entire account – you can remove individual content yourself at any time:
- Listings/apartments: via "Delete" in the apartment menu.
- Messages: within the respective chat.
- Profile picture: replace or remove it in your profile.
- Community posts: via the post menu.
Your account remains active.
What data is deleted?
Deletion permanently removes all personal data:
- Profile and contact data (name, email, phone)
- Profile picture and all uploaded photos/videos
- Listings / apartments and appointment slots
- Messages, likes and matches
- Search and filter settings
No data is retained. Recovery is not possible.
Fiók és adatok törlése
Útmutató a Jobb-fiókod és minden kapcsolódó adat törléséhez.
1. lehetőség: Közvetlenül az alkalmazásban (ajánlott)
- Nyisd meg a Jobb alkalmazást, és jelentkezz be.
- Lépj a Profil → Beállítások menübe.
- Koppints a „Fiók törlése" gombra, és erősítsd meg.
- Biztonsági okokból előfordulhat, hogy újra be kell jelentkezned.
A törlés azonnali és visszavonhatatlan.
2. lehetőség: Kérés e-mailben
Ha már nincs hozzáférésed az alkalmazáshoz, küldj e-mailt a
Jobbhungary@gmail.com
címre „Fiók törlése" tárggyal, a nálunk regisztrált e-mail-címedről.
A fiókodat 30 napon belül töröljük.
Egyes adatok törlése (a fiók törlése nélkül)
Nem kell az egész fiókodat törölnöd – az egyes tartalmakat bármikor magad is eltávolíthatod:
- Hirdetések/lakások: a lakás menüben a „Törlés" gombbal.
- Üzenetek: az adott csevegésben.
- Profilkép: a profilodban cseréld le vagy távolítsd el.
- Közösségi bejegyzések: a bejegyzés menüjében.
A fiókod aktív marad.
Milyen adatok törlődnek?
A törlés véglegesen eltávolít minden személyes adatot:
- Profil- és kapcsolattartási adatok (név, e-mail, telefon)
- Profilkép és minden feltöltött fénykép/videó
- Hirdetések / lakások és időpontok
- Üzenetek, lájkok és párosítások
- Keresési és szűrőbeállítások
Semmilyen adat nem marad meg. A visszaállítás nem lehetséges.
